Mission statement:
There is no doubt that Grind King’s past is most people’s futures. The Venice-based company has been innovating for nearly 20 years a myriad of patented supporting truck hardware and numerous truck designs; which are made in the USA to the highest quality standards. With our revitalized sales force, strategic marketing plans and lean manufacturing processes, we are committed to our core customer base who value endless innovation and high quality while revolutionizing the skateboard industry. Our next step is to fuse in music, art and fashion with the GK nameplate to create an eclectic display of creativity that combines the most revolutionary Internet technology.
Vision statement:
To always be at the forefront of innovation in the skateboarding truck industry. There are those who just plain ride skateboard trucks and there are those who crave GK; you’ll always know the difference!
Philanthropy:
Our team at Grind King believes that every single person has the ability to make a difference. Therefore, we are committed to donating to local charities in Southern California, with a focus on Venice and the surrounding Los Angeles communities.
Awareness:
We at Grind King collectively make efforts to recycle and minimize our waste, eat healthier organic-based foods, carpool, respect our fellow neighbors, have a social conscious and make a difference whenever possible. Currently, one of our employees uses $100k worth of solar panels on their roof, 2 employees ride their bikes to work and carpool when possible, 2 other employees take the bus and/or skate 5 days a week to work, one employee is looking to convert their diesel truck over to vegetable oil, etc. It is simply not enough to just talk the talk, but to simply walk the walk. We can all accomplish change!
