Returns & Refunds
At GrindKing, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. We know skateboarding is hard on gear, and we do our best to handle returns and issues fairly, efficiently, and with respect for our community.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Due to the nature of skateboarding products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been ridden, installed, or modified
- Bushings that show signs of use
- Clearance or final-sale items
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns where the item is not defective, including:
- Orders placed with the wrong size or model
- Returns due to a change of mind
- Requests to exchange for a different product
This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to process.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty & Defective Items
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Damage caused by normal skateboarding wear, impact, or misuse is not considered a defect.
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you need a different size or product, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

GrindKing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
